Kelly Spurgeon founded Advantage Graphics & Signs in 1992. A Texas native, she holds a B.S. degree from the University of Mississippi specializing in Interior Design, Art and Business. Her experience includes Interior Design, Architectural Drafting, Building and Airport Signage, Sign Consulting, Exhibit Planning, Project and Business Management. Through consultation and design, her skills help create expanded revenue for her clients. Pam Ridgway joined our team in 2008. She is our fantastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Manager. A native Atlantan, she holds a Marketing Degree from Georgia State University. She listens to her clients needs providing Win/ Win plans for her clients. She will take you where you want to go with your marketing plan. Her skills include Marketing & Sales, Organization, Networking Skills and Project and Business Management. We are excited to have her as a part of our team.
Drew Spurgeon makes the business a truly family venture. In February of 2003, Andrew Spurgeon joined the business as our Operations Manager. Drew touches every project which comes through our sign company and adds his personal touch to his sign and print designs. His background includes Art and Graphic Design. Drew’s creative talents range from Graphic Design, Sign Fabrication and Installation. Together, brother and sister work to provide effective and graphically dynamic signage for their clients. Arezoo Moghaddam joined the team in 2017 as our Print Pro. Arezoo is a graphic artist who works personally with our clients to create layouts that express her own special style. She keeps the print production organized and flowing in a smooth manner. Arezoo is a graduate of Azad University and Ghotb Ravandi University. Arezoo is an exciting addition to our staff.
Tim Carl joined the team in 2009 as our Sign Pro. He organizes and manages production as well as the shipping and receiving. He has over 15 years experience in the sign industry. We are proud to have Tim as a part of our team! Roy Bowman joined the team in 2019 as our Asst. Operations Manager. He is a quick learner and picks up on new abilities quickly. He strives to learn about new equipment and how it works to stay up on new technologies that will benefit our customers. Roy joined our team to help make processes quicker and easier, allowing work to be done in a brisk manner, while keeping a sharp eye on quality control. Roy has proven to be a benefit to our business and assists Drew delegate daily tasks and job flow.
